Terms & Conditions — rv999 User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the rv999 platform, available at https://rv999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "rv999", "we", "us", "our"). rv999 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform operated for the benefit of users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming a promotion or placing any wager, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any open account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific policy.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual account registered by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from your payment instrument into your Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to operate your Account and process withdrawals.

• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform.

• "Withdrawal" means a request by you to transfer funds from your Account Balance to an approved payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on rv999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or automated system).

• You are not on any governmental or regulatory list of prohibited individuals in relation to gambling or financial services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• Any funds deposited into your Account are derived from lawful sources.

Each User may hold only one (1) active Account on rv999 at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending bonuses.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued CNIC or passport)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Current residential address
• Mobile number

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must notify rv999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. rv999 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

rv999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of your account's lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Access to the Platform is granted on a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence basis. You may use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, resell access or make the Platform available to third parties.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform in good faith, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from any conduct that would disrupt, harm or impair the Platform or the experience of other users.

5.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for maintaining the hardware, software, internet connection and technical configuration necessary to access the Platform. rv999 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance at any time with or without advance notice.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates in multiple currencies. Where Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are referenced in guides, promotions or educational content, amounts are illustrative unless explicitly designated as live operator figures. Always verify current limits, minimums and promotional amounts in your Account cashier.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name that matches your Account identity. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of the relevant transaction.

6.1 Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit/credit cards and cryptocurrency — is determined by the cashier at the time of your transaction and is subject to change. The mention of these payment providers in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform is for contextual guidance only. None of these organisations endorse gambling or this Platform.

6.2 Deposit Processing

rv999 does not charge platform-side deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times vary by method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once cleared. rv999 accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

6.3 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and may change. Current minimums are displayed in your cashier. Depositing below the minimum threshold for a promotional offer means the associated bonus will not be triggered.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered under your verified Account name. rv999 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing windows — timing depends on the selected method, KYC completion status and internal review requirements.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus must be completed prior to withdrawal.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending disputes, chargebacks or security reviews.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (same-source rule).

7.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per method and per time period. These are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change. VIP tier status may affect applicable limits.

7.3 Verification of Withdrawals

rv999 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly in cases involving large amounts, first-time withdrawals or accounts flagged during routine security review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by rv999 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates and bonus expiry dates are specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Figures referenced in educational guides (e.g., PKR 1,000 bonus, 30x rollover) are illustrative examples only.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

rv999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if, in our reasonable judgement, a User has exploited promotional offers through dishonest or systematic means, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts, use of betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

8.3 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses

The terms of each promotion will specify whether the bonus is sticky (non-withdrawable principal that generates withdrawable winnings) or non-sticky (separate bonus that itself becomes withdrawable after wagering). Users should read each promotion's specific terms carefully before accepting.

rv999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

The Platform provides the following responsible-gambling tools, accessible in your Account settings or via the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the funds you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic logout after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your name.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider trading or corruption in relation to sports events offered for betting.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or malfunctions in the Platform software, including unauthorised use of erroneous odds.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conduct any form of financial fraud.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or Platform staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content on the rv999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and compilations — is the intellectual property of rv999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from rv999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rv999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling activity.
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credentials securely.
• Delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers.
• Actions taken by your bank or payment provider that prevent deposits or withdrawals.
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

rv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements within the required timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor.

Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of bonuses and pending wagers subject to review) may be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure irrespective of the reason for closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rv999 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact rv999's support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to an appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body, where such a mechanism is available under the applicable licence jurisdiction.

rv999 does not accept jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of online gambling activity, nor does rv999 acknowledge that its services are subject to Pakistani gambling regulation. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk.

rv999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current binding version of this Agreement.
